More Information about Holly
Holly has been working in the healthcare industry since 2005 and combines evidence based natural medicine together with traditional healing philosophies and Bowen therapy to achieve optimum health and wellbeing for her patients.
She works together with her patients helping them to understand the underlying causative factors contributing to their current state of health, educating them on the changes they need to make and ultimately empowering them to take responsibility for their own health by giving them the tools and information to make healthier choices for themselves and their families.
For true health and healing to occur all aspects of a patient’s being needs to be investigated and then appropriately treated. As no two patients are ever the same, Holly creates individualized treatment plans for each patient that help to support the body’s natural processes to restore heath and wellness.
A strong emphasis is placed on the implementation of a healthy balanced eating plan that incorporates whole fresh foods. As poor nutrition and unhealthy eating habits are linked to many health conditions, fueling the body with healthy foods is a fundamental part of treatment.
Supplementation of nutraceuticals, herbal extracts, flower essences and homoeopathic remedies may also be prescribed if indicated as well as lifestyle advice and recommendations and Bowen therapy.
Each year Holly attends numerous post graduate education seminars and conferences to keep up to date with the latest research into health and nutrition, enabling better treatment protocols for her patients.
